Hello!
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We stayed home this year, had a few family members over, and then my husband and I went to the movies later in the day. I've been working a lot and it's been nice to catch up on some things, including rest, these past few days.
I haven't shared here that our 15-year-old dog Stormy passed away the end of September. It's been a hard couple of months. We still miss her every day and I suppose that's just the way it's going to be for a while.
She was such a good girl.
Meanwhile, our now 7-month-old kitten, Luna, keeps us busy and laughing. This was her at Halloween. For a few minutes, anyway.
I want to wish you a happy holiday season filled with all of the people, animals and things that make you happy.
If you buy one of my books for a gift, please send me an email with an address and I'm happy to drop a signed bookplate and bookmark in the mail to you. Make sure to include the recipient's first name so I can personalize the bookplate! Last day to do this so there's enough time for the mail to reach you is December 15th.
Enjoy the season!
Love,
Lisa
